Parameters & Guidelines

• Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the event or deadline.
• Priority is given to local, community-focused organizations and events.
• We may not be able to fulfill every request, but each will be thoughtfully reviewed.
• Approved requests will be contacted via email/phone.
